For Australian purchases, We accept PayPal, Direct Checkout, bank transfer and cash on local pick-up.
For international customers, We accept PayPal and Direct Checkout.
We may deliver the products via a range of delivery methods and delivery options will be provided to you at checkout.
We will pack the items and post them within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared in Our account. We always try to find the most economical postage and delivery that will safely transport the purchased items. Any overcharge in actual postage and delivery costs will be refunded. We normally use recycled materials for packing so do not usually charge for packaging, but where We deem it necessary to safely deliver the items to You, We may purchase packaging which will be included in the cost of postage and delivery.
We send by regular post but Customers can request registered post at an additional cost.
Sea mail (where available) is offered for international Customers, however, please note that this service can take up to 3 months. Any parcels over 1.5kg are quoted at the Seamail rate but Customers can request Airmail if required.
Where items are being sent internationally Customers are solely responsible for any customs and other regulatory charges, entry, and clearance requirements imposed by the country of destination.
Some deliveries including registered post may require a signature for delivery depending upon which delivery method We use.
Refunds and Returns
Our refunds and returns policy is set out in Our Conditions of Sale. The items you purchase from Us are used, vintage or antique and will therefore have imperfections and wear. All items will be described and the photos form part of the description. The Customer accepts the condition of the item when they purchase them.
Refunds will only be provided if the item is defective and those defects were not visible from photographs or described in the original listing and if you notify us within three (3) days of the item being delivered and the item is returned at the Customers expense within seven (7) days, in the same state as it was despatched from Us.
